With a head office in Farringdon, the 25 staff work on site, hybrid and office based roles.About the Role:Were on the hunt for a bright and proactive individual to play a vital role in the success of our sales and marketing efforts in London. Youll be the glue that holds everything together, providing unwavering support to our passionate team as they drivecustomer acquisition and brand awareness.Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Manage leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and data accuracy.
    • Prepare sales presentations and proposals, supporting with research and content creation.
    • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
    • Generate sales reports and provide insightful data analysis.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
    • Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
    • Develop and distribute marketing materials like brochures and presentations.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for design, printing, and other marketing needs.
  • General Administration:
    • Manage customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
    • Maintain office efficiency by handling travel arrangements, expense reports, and petty cash.
    • Proactively identify and implement administrative improvements to streamline processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within sales or marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in CRM or marketing automation software a plus.
  • Initiative and self-motivation, eager to take ownership and find creative solutions.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
