Job Description

HR Associate, £32,000-£34,000, City of London, Hybrid Working (2 days WFH) An introduction to the company and role: I am delighted to be partnering up with a prestigious high-end firm who are looking to recruit for an HR Associate to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities will be providing efficient HR support across the business, which will include the employeelife, payroll and benefits admin and any other ad hoc duties.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a corporate environment either in an administrative or previous HR role. My client is looking for someone with high energy, willing to learn, good stakeholder interaction and someonewho is hardworking with a great buzzy personality! What will be the responsibilities in this role
  • Onboarding new starters
  • First line support for managers
  • Responsible for payroll related activities
  • Submission to the payroll bureau
  • Contracts of employment
  • Keeping the HRIS up to date
  • Responsible for benefits administration
  • Support the L&D team
  • Support the wider HR team
What experience do you need
  • Previous HR experience (advantage)
  • Working for a corporate organisation
  • Used to a fast paced working environment
  • Payroll experience (advantage)
  • CIPD or equivalent (advantage)
  • Strong admin skills
  • Able to prioritise workload
