This role is working for an established law firm in the City and they are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to support the Recruitment Manager. The roleis a hybrid role working 3 days in the office/2 days from home. This is not a 09:30am-5:30pm role. There must be flexibility to work outsideof these hours on a weekly basis, not every day but at least one, sometimes twice a week.The DepartmentThe HR Department is responsible for the recruitment, retention and development employees in London. We are responsible for all employee relations matters, providing advice and support to ensure that performance management is carried out in a timely andappropriate manner, including assisting with general training issues.
