Job Description

Front of house - greeting arrivals, booking meeting rooms, managing calendarAnswering telephone, taking messages - first line queries.Managing email inbox & post, managing tasks, following upSecretarial services to busy financial investment management firm. Letter writing. Producing client onboarding documents.This role will develop into helping the investment managers, onboard new clients and manage current clients. Initially the scope is to work on reception, be client facing, create tasks from incoming calls, emails and letters, methodically and help organise and plan priorities.Experience of working in a stockbrokers, investment managers or financial planners.Opportunity to take financial exams.Gym membership.Part of a growing team.
