Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised Property Operations Manager to work for a well-known investment firm managing a large natonwide build to rent portfolio. The company offers the opportunity to work across its whole portfolio devising and implementingstrategy to ensure excellence in customer satisfaction, property management and reputation.Duties will include:

  • Day to day operational delivery of the portfolio
  • Quarterly site inspections
  • Operational expenditure and efficiencies
  • Oversight of mobilsation of new sites
  • Training & development of staff
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Managing projects
We are looking for someone with experience of multi-site property operations, someone who has managed on-site teams to deliver exceptional standards of property management and customer experience to its tenants/residents. We are looking for someone withideas; someone who is genuinely interested in producing and delivering innovate ways to improve the build to rent offering and industry.You could come from a background in:

You must be able to confidently lead teams, have experience of managing, retaining, driving and training a diverse team in different multi-site locations.You must be IT literate with the ability to collate and report information to investors and the Board.You must be able to manage lots of different stakeholders, be confident, innovative, resilient and have knowledge of issues surrounding buildings in the UK at present.
