Multi Skilled Maintenance EngineerLiverpool Street, London £42,000 - £45,000An exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable building service provider on one of their high-profile contracts in Liverpool Street. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday,8AM - 5PM. You will part of a large maintenance team undergoing planned and reactive maintenance alongside remedial works on the premises. In exchange offering a generous salary and additional benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large team of experienced and proven engineers, on a large commercialproperty, which is a flagship contract for the company.Duties:* PPM and Reactive Maintenance * AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Water treatment, Cooling towers, Motors, BMS operations, Pressurisation units, Plumbing duties, Chilled Water Systems, Generators, Chillers, Tap temperatures * Keep paperwork and documentation up to date * Plant room inspections * Communicate with the client * Follow Statuary compliance * RAMS and H&SRequirements:* Mechanically qualified (City and Guilds Level 2/3, NVQ or equivalent) * Apprentice Trained - Desirable * Prior experience in Building Service Maintenance (3 years minimum)* Very client facing * Self motivatedSalary and package:* £42,000 - £45,000* Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)* 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays * Company pension scheme * Overtime readily available * Additional training provided * Opportunity to progress internallyIf you are looking to join a widely reputable building service provider with the opportunity to develop further as an engineer, please apply now!
