Mechanical Maintenance EngineerCity of London £40,000 - £45,000Fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building service provider on one of their high-profile contracts in the City of London. You will receive valuable experience, additional training and develop your skill set furtherwith the client at hand. The company is a well established maintenance provider who progresses their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development. This is a great opportunity to work on a site which is part of a large and prestigious commercial estate. Theschedule for the role will be Monday - Friday, (8-5) covering PPM and reactive maintenance on the Landlord side.Duties include:* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance* Single and three phase power, works on fire alarms and emergency lighting systems, general maintenance, motors, pumps, belts and BMS operations * AHUs, FCUs, Air conditioning maintenance* Statutory compliance * Fill out logbooks, reports and other relevant paperwork * Correspond accordingly to health and safety * Undertake repairs within company guidelinesRequirements:* Mechanically qualified (City and Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ equivalent)* Building Service Maintenance experience, 3 years minimum * Great communication skills* Career driven * Polite and personable Salary and benefits:* £40,000 - £45,000 per annum * Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM)* Company pension scheme* 25 days holiday + Bank holidays * Overtime available * Additional training provided * Great opportunity to internally progressIf you would like to know more information about the role at hand, please apply with an updated CV and contact details.
