Job Description

Learning & Development Project Manager - INSIDE IR35Our client, a leading consultancy are looking for an L&D PM to join the team this will be to work on a 3 month rolling contract on a hybrid basis 2 days in office 3 days remote.Multiple locations available: London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Halifax, CardiffSkills & Experience:

  • Previous Project Management experience with the learning and development sector
  • Learning and Development Designer experience
  • Project & budget Management
  • Extensive Learning & Development expertise
  • Management of learning professionals
  • Organisational Skills - The ability to multitask, be proactive and ability to work on own with minimal guidance
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Delivering change and driving improvement through learning solutions
  • Stakeholder Management / Managing Relationships - ability to work at all levels including senior stakeholders
  • Influencing skills
  • "Can do" attitude
