Job Description

A great opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding Lloyds broker. The role will be broad with duties including:

  • Full supervision of the IBA team
  • Ensuring FCA regulations and Anti Bribery & Money compliance
  • FCA monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Chairing monthly meetings with all divisions to discuss current position on unallocated cash, funding, payable credits, aged debt and doubtful brokerage
  • Monitoring and improving the IBA function/processes & procedures to ensure that credit control policies are maintained
  • Key involvement in the integration of a new Broking system
  • Preparing ad hoc reports, analysis and commentary for senior management and board members
  • Managing relationships with underwriters and retail brokers
  • Ensuring due diligence completed for clients and underwriters
  • Authorising client and insurer payment files
  • Liaising with auditors and providing information to resolve any queries
