Are you a seasoned HR Operations expert with experience in the Financial Services, or a regulated environment Do you also have a strong HR Operations background, understanding what sort of guidance to give on all things operational/payroll and benefitsAnd perhaps youve done all there is to be done in your current business, and now you feel the need for that next step up If so, then an opportunity with our client, a well repsected Lloyds syndicate, could be the perfect next step for you.As the businesss HR Operations Specialist, you and the head of HR Operations will be responsible for managing the the entirety of their HR processes, with particular focus on delivering jointly across their Operations and Rewards functions. That will meanyour days will be highly varied, including working across on/offboarding, benefits, payroll and complex reporting.
