Job Description

Im delighted to be partnering with a PE backed search firm, in pursuit of a Group Payroll Manager on a permanent basis. Initially, the successful candidate is will responsible for the global payroll processing. But longer term, there is a larger projectpiece, including process mapping, devising and rolling out a group strategy globally, software harmonisation, as well as being the subject matter expert for payroll with future mergers and acquisitions

  • The Group Payroll Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the global payrolls, spanning UK, France, Germany, Hong Kong and US, for approximately 300 employees.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader operations function, to take full ownership and accountability of all payroll related tasks. This includes: end to end payroll processing, supporting year end activities, supporting statutory filings, supporting hypotax and shadow payroll filings, conducting pension autoenrollment and pension contributions uploads, preparing journals and benefit administration.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the temp/contractor payroll globally
  • Provide relevant and comprehensive payroll operational support and advisory services for all levels of the business
  • Assume a continuous improvement mindset to optimise and innovate working practices, enhancing the support offered to the wider business
  • Partner with the business to successfully roll out several Payroll and Benefit harmonation projects across the group.
