Job Description

Fixed Income Product Strategist A global leader in Asset Management are searching for someone with strong fixed income product experience, to become a key member of this highly regarded team, working closely with senior product specialists and portfolio managers to supportthe development and implementation of product strategies and initiatives.Role Responsibilities:

  • Business development:Support the team’s business development activities, including drafting of presentation materials and working on RFP responses
  • Regular client reporting: Generating the data and materials that are incorporated in regular reporting: Production and updating standard collaterals and presentations to support our client communication and proactively engagingwith other teams to ensure smooth interactions between Portfolio Management and Client teams. This includes information relating to strategy, positioning and performance attribution as well as contributing to market commentary and outlooks.
  • Portfolio and fund analysis: Responding to ad hoc requests for positioning, analysis + commentary on portfolios.
Experience and Skills profile sought:
  • Strong interest in fixed income and financial markets.
  • Knowledge of fixed income products, including bonds, sovereign debt and currency debt.
  • Numerically literate, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Emotional intelligence, absolute integrity, and strong work ethic
Education:
  • Educated to a degree level. Masters Degrees, CFA, any other professional qualifications a plus
Up to £570 per day umbrella paye inside IR35Hybrid 4 / 16 months contract
