A great opportunity has arisen for an EventsAssistant to join this highly ranked US law firm based in the heart of the City on a 6 month FTC to provide cover. Reporting to the Senior BD Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professionalevents and marketing service to the firm and clients for their London and European offices. The Events Assistant role is offering a very generous flexible agile working pattern, of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. Additionally, this firmoffer a salary of up to £30,000 and an outstanding benefits package with standard hours being 9:30am to 5:30pm.The Events Assistant will be responsible for the following:• Developing client seminars / webinars and special events in order to raise the profile of the firm• Assist with all stages of events from start to finish, creating letters, invitations, mailing lists, managing the response through the CRM database• You will also represent the firm at in trade shows, charity and fund raising events, making sure all materials are available.• Booking corporate events and concerts and maintaining strong supplier relations.• Coordinate with digital marketing team to update website content and execute social media campaigns.• Coordinate with graphics team to develop and distribute event invitations and sponsorship ads.• Assist in the production of internal and external marketing collateralSkills & Experience:The desired candidate will possess strong creative skills in order to design and tailor an event to suit each need. Candidates will be educated to degree level and have 12 months events and/or marketing experience gained in a corporate environment. Thisrole also requires a self-motivated individual, with strong IT and CRM database skills, preferably InterAction, who is highly organised and can keep to strict deadlines.To apply contact Larbey Evans today.
