Broster Buchanan are partnered with an award-winning global Travel and Event Management company who are continuing to grow and add headcount to their business. This role sits within their high end corporate events arm and would suit someone with strongsales/account management skills and a background managing medium/large corporate events, ideally in a TMC environment. Roughly 90% of the role will be working with UK clients and 10% with international clients, and there will be international travel roughlyonce every 2-3 months.This role will be on a hybrid pattern with 2/3 days per week onsite in Central London and the other 2/3 days remote, with a salary of £45k - £60k + 10% & £2.5k in bonuses.Responsibilities:* Become the trusted advisor for all things related to the client base. Offer day-to-day operational support, seamlessly directing questions to the right teams* Leverage your expertise to anticipate needs and ensure the project keeps delivering exceptional value* Collaborate actively and effectively with the Operations Team in a fast-paced environment, embracing agility and flexibility* Turn complex data into clear, concise reports and insights for informed decision-making* Oversee fee and pricing structures, ensuring accuracy and transparency* Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organisationRequirements:* Previous experience planning and managing medium/large scale corporate events, ideally within a TMC environment* Strong sales/account management skills with the ability to maximise key accounts and develop strong relationships with stakeholders up to and including C-Suite level* Must be energised and comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment* Able to provide a consultative/project management style approach to a clients complex needs which drives an understanding and solution on issues/challengesBenefits:* 22 days AL + option to buy up to 5 more, + day off for birthday* Private medical and dental cover provided* Free shares in the company given* 3x salary life assurance and annual travel insuranceIf you are interested, please click apply and share your CV.
