Electrical Maintenance EngineerLiverpool Street, City of London £45,000 - £48,000Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated and self motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on one of their prestigious contracts. We are currently looking for an experienced engineer who has worked in building service maintenanceto cover the PPM, reactive and remedial maintenance on a commercial property, undergoing Plant room maintenance, covering both Landlord and Tenant side maintenance. In exchange, the successful candidate will receive valuable experience, additional trainingand the opportunity for internal progression. The role will undergo a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday (8-5)The successful candidate will have prior experience in building service maintenance, (At least 3 years prior) the relevant qualifications, self motivated, the drive to develop further their engineering skills and to possess great communication skills.Responsibilities:* PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and Reactive Maintenance* Electrical fault finding* Single and three phase motors* Fire alarm, Emergency lighting and Sprinkler testing* HVAC duties* Pumps and Motors* Tap temperatures* Flushing* Electrical Installations* General Building Service DutiesRequirements:* City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering (Or equivalent ) * At least 3 years prior in Building Service Maintenance * Self motivated * Great communication skills * Client facing * Statuary compliance Salary and Benefits:* £45,000 - £48,000 per annum * Monday - Friday (8-5)* 25 days holiday + Bank holidays* Company pension * Overtime readily available * Additional training provided * Internal progression If you interested in the role at hand and would like to know more, please apply with an updated CV and contact information!
