Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Lloyds Underwriter as an Assistant Syndicate Accountant. You will play a key role in the monthly and quarterly syndicate accounting process. Broadly you will be responsible for assisting with therecording of financial transactions and population of Lloyds returns.Main responsibilities:

  • Posting monthly close journals
  • Preparation of monthly syndicate reconciliations
  • Assisting with a wide range of Lloyds returns
  • Assisting with the preparation of syndicate accounts and further financial reporting
  • Contributing to the development of the finance function in line with growth
  • Involvement in projects
