Job Description

TCC is urgently looking for a team of experienced Diploma Level 4 qualified Advice Complaints Handlers and Business Reviewers for an ongoing project investigating complaints relating to suitability of advice on pensions and investments business in particular.Job Title: Advice Complaints HandlerRate: £250 per day (via an umbrella)Start Date: November 2023Duration: 8 months initiallyLocation: Working from HomeRole:

  • End-to-end complaints handling, including review, decision making and redress.
  • The focus is on suitability of advice on pensions and investment business.
Requirement:
  • You MUST BE Diploma Level 4 Qualified.
  • Pension and Investment complaint handling and/or business review experience is required. Paraplanning experience will also be considered.
  • Professional, excellent attention to detail, ability to make decisions as well as following set processes & procedures.
