Job Description

Position: Construction Account HandlerLocation: LondonSalary: Up to £50,000 (flexible for the right candidate)We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate with a strong background in "Construction All Risk" insurance, the successful candidate will join our team as an Account Manager/Broker Support to oversee and manage the businesses our client currentlyhandles.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Brokers to manage all accounts efficiently and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships with them.
  • Ensure that all accounts have the necessary documentation, provided by various teams within the business, including the Finance Team, Processing Team, Technicians, and others.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Communicate with clients, primarily international, to address their inquiries and provide support.
  • Assist clients in obtaining all the relevant documentation required for their policies.
  • Liaise with Underwriters as needed to facilitate the underwriting process and address any underwriting-related queries or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Ideally 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a strong focus on "Construction All Risk" insurance.
  • Proven track record in account management or broker support roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, especially for client interaction and coordination with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
