Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation based in Cirencester, in their search for an Accounts Payable Assistant.Reporting to the Finance team, this position encompasses the day-to-day functions of both Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable administration.DAY TO DAY:

Processing invoices to ensure payments are issued without having adverse effect on supply of goods and services
Reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis
Ensure payments of accounts are issued on timely basis
Liaising with suppliers and colleagues ensuring all queries are solved
Issuing upfront payments through a variety of channels
Allocating supplier payments for schedule payment run
Processing credits received in respect of returns for credit’

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
Proven ability to deal with high volume workload
Navigate and resolve any supplier issues
Must be able to work as part of a team and contribute to department as and when required
