Are you interested in supporting students aged 16 – 18 years oldAn outstanding sixth form college is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support starting in the first couple of months during the New Year:This sixth form college situated in the inner-city area of central Manchester is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start with them in January or February of the new term.The successful teaching assistant will be required from appointment for the remainder of the academic year with potential to continue onto a college-based contract part way through the placement. This assignment will initially be via Teaching Personnel on a supply basis giving full flexibility over the role to try out the position.The role of the teaching assistant at this co-educational sixth form college is to fulfil a full 360 degree role including supporting students in lessons, assisting any students who are identified as having SEN and supporting students with movement around the college from lesson to lesson.
