Job Description

Customer Contact Officers required to work for a value driven not-for-profit business with a truly amazing team! The hours are full time, 35 hours per week, with Hybrid working options available after initial training! The main purpose of the role is tobe the first point of contact for all customers in relation to housing repairs. The ideal person for the role will be passionate to provide first class customer service and enjoy working as part of a diverse team in a telephone based position. You will needprevious telephone based customer service experience for this role, ideally within a contact or call centre, and you must be computer literate. The role is immediately available and is offering a competitive salary of GBP22,000pa. What will you be doing as a Customer Contact Officer Being the first point of contact for all customers in relation to housing repairs Taking payments, arranging repairs and maintenance, and dealing with complaints Mainly phone based with some live chat and email response Accurately recording details into the in-house system If you have the following skills and experience, we would LOVE to hear from you: Experience of customer service management role or related field is desirable Must be computer literate including MS Excel Youre resilient and thick skinned as you will be dealing with complaints and vulnerable customers Empathetic and customer focused Telephone based customer service experience is essential, ideally within an inbound contact / call centre Whats in it for you as a Customer Contact Officer Salary GBP22,000pa Between the hours of 08.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week full time Hybrid working options available after initial training Full training on the internal system provided Working for an award winning, not for profit business, who are truly passionate about what they do Immediate start can be available for the right person If this sounds like a Customer Contact Officer role you will LOVE, please send your CV today!
