Job Description

Are you looking to start a career in Internal Recruitment Do you want to work within a supportive and professional People Team who will train you to the best of your abilities, allowing you to grow, learn, succeed and thriveIf you answered YES, then we have the opportunity you are looking for!habeo talent are delighted to be partnered with a leading financial planning firm to recruit a Talent and Onboarding Administrator to join their growing Internal Recruitment team.This is a full time (35 hours per week) position based on site in Chorley, and is paying up to £22,000 per annum.You will be involved in the full lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding, so being a friendly and approachable People person is essential. Experience within Internal Recruitment or HR is not required, our client is looking for someone with the drive, focusand passion to start a career within Internal Recruitment and someone who is eager to learn.Key Accountabilities -

  • Reviewing candidate applications to assess qualifications and experience and match them against the job requirements.
  • Identifying and shortlisting candidate applications, from both internal and external sources.
  • Provide support to key stakeholders at all points throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Arranging interviews.
  • Maintaining communication with candidates, providing updates as required.
  • Helping with offer/contract and onboarding document preparation.
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases.
  • Ensuring all pre - employment checks and paperwork are completed.
  • Contributing to creating engaging job descriptions that attract potential candidates.
What were looking for -
  • Local to the Chorley area.
  • Confidence with IT and Office software packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel databases and Windows applications.
  • Ability to proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills at all levels, including a friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to produce quality correspondence and documentation.
  • An understanding of the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
