Brook Street Social Care are delighted to represent a client seeking a Support Worker looking after young people, young parents or expecting mothers who have trauma or domestic abuse in self contained flats.Your role will be carrying out Health and Safety checks aswell as flat inspection, preparing support packs/plans, be able to plan out child activies such as messy play, celebration support sessions, logging wellfare on a daily basis and following safeguarding.For this role, ideally you will be a driver and access to you own vehicle is preferable, however not essential.
