A leading Lancashire based Law firm are seeking to recruit Residential Conveyancing Assistants to join their team at their office based in Chorley. The Role:You will be assisting the Conveyancing team with a range of Residential Conveyancing matters to include buying, selling and remortgage matters.The Ideal Candidate:You will have previous experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters and will be able to read a set of office copy entries, prepare a contract, prepare stamp duty forms and request searches. You will be able to report on search results, read mortgageoffers and prepare client reports with minimal supervision.You will be well organised, a good communicator and able to work to deadlines and under pressure.Salary and Benefits:Salary is competitive, depending on experience together with excellent benefits.This is a full time office based role Please click apply.
