Job Description

Sales Executive - Business Conversion Company:Qualitymark Protection has been actively safeguarding consumer investments in home improvements for over 26 years.   • Converting warm leads into applications through prompt and thorough follow-up calls with customers who have expressed an interest in our unique insurance products.
  • Signing up our customers for the insurance products they need to grow their businesses, running through all necessary documentation and accreditations.
  • Operate as the main point of contact for any new enquiries.
  • Liaise with prospective clients to understand their demands and needs.
  • Use commercial knowledge and business acumen to follow and develop all leads within the home improvement industry.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department, following up on all marketing activity that may result in further leads.
Experience and Person Specification.Experience in a similar industry is not essential for the role, all necessary training will be provided.
  • Experience working with trade in any capacity would be advantageous
  • Ability to build a rapport, whilst collecting technical information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally on the phone and in writing.
  • Drive to succeed in your own career, whilst helping the business reach its goals
  • Hands-on approach with flexibility for the business needs.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Motivated and friendly.
  • Excellent listening skills and negotiation abilities.
