Job Description

Recruit Wealth are representing one of the fastest growing, national Financial Planning businesses who are currently recruiting for experienced Administrators to join their expanding Chorley team.The business is a modern, highly ethical and rewarding employer. They deal with individuals/private clients relating to their pensions, investments and working towards ensuring financial security with their expert advice and guidance.There are numerous administration opportunities available within the team due to continued growth and acquisitions.Please note: Progression will be available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered, the business is happy for you to stay within an administration capacity ifthis is your preference.Overview of the role is detailed below:

  • Client correspondence, written and verbal
  • Processing New Business
  • Preparation of client review packs
  • Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary
  • Illustration requests
  • Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the companies procedures
  • Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client and firms files are well presented, accurate and compliant
  • Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate
  • Back-office support
