This reputable firm is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistantto join their dynamic team.As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be an integral part of the conveyancing team, providing essential support to solicitors in the smooth and efficient progression of residential property transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passionfor conveyancing, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of residential property files
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence
  • Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar conveyancing role
