Job Description

Job Title: New Business Consultant - Recruitment IndustryLocation: Chorley - Hybrid Company Overview: Talent Sphere is a new Recruitment and Talent Management business building relationships within growth industries and areas across the UK. The objective is to deliver high-quality talent solutions to our clients. We arelooking for a dynamic and results-driven New Business Consultant to drive growth and foster strong client relationships.Job purpose: As a New Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. The successful candidate will possessexcellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business-to-business solution sales, and a proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities primarily within the North West region, but also growing hubs of success throughout the UK.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve new client acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organisations.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the delivery team.
Market Research:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Provide insights to the team regarding client needs and market demands.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure a seamless transition of new clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share industry knowledge and best practices.
