Associate Loan Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting with the collection and analysis of Borrower reporting (rent rolls, operating statements, covenants etc.
Assisting with the completion of loan facility requirement
Preparation of Investor/Lender reports with regards to loan/portfolio performance
Review of loan agreements, servicing agreements and other finance documentatio
Compiling a Loan Overview identifying all debt service requirements and variables required to create the loan facility within the Loan Management System
Compiling a Task Tracker identifying all financial and non-financial deliverables required during the term of the facility
Compiling a Loan Abstract identifying all key clauses, responsibilities, contacts and collateral held
Arranging and collating documents for execution
Liaising with and negotiating, where required, with various professionals including Borrowers, Lenders, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Valuers and Solicitors.

Key skills and Knowledge

At least 2+ years’ experience in Loan Managemen
Experience in banking and finance industry including basic knowledge of real estate finance/loan servicin
Ability to review and understand legal contracts/agreement
Technical Skills: MS-Office (Detailed knowledge of MS Excel
Strong oral and written communication abilities in English
Analytical skills to understand complex loan documents, borrower structures and analyze cash flows/reporting
