Job Description

About TheWarehouse OperativeRole:We are recruiting multiple individuals to join our AO night shift team on a Full-Time, Permanent Contract to support our Warehouse in Avonmouth. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be encouraging our Home Delivery operation by loading products from the warehouseinto AO delivery vans ready to be delivered to our customers the next day.We offer excellent internal development opportunities, and you dont need a lot of experience as we provide full training on site.

  • Salary: £11.13 per hour / £22,953.62 per annum
  • Hours: 4 on 2 off shift pattern working 22.00pm/22:30pm7:00am (39.66 hours per week)
  • Job Type: Full time and permanent contract
  • Location: Chittening Industrial Estate, Greensplott Road, Avonmouth
Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As OurWarehouse Operative:
  • Unloading appliances from trailers into the warehouse
  • Loading appliances from the warehouse into AO delivery vans
  • Using warehouse equipment such as Sack Barrows to move appliances
  • Manual handling
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures
  • Report any accidents, product issues or damages
  • Strong teamwork
