More About the Depot SupervisorRole:AO - The Ultimate Destination for Your Career!Our Depot Supervisors are dedicated to ensuring seamless operations at our Depot, working hand in hand with our drivers and transport team to guarantee punctual delivery of appliances and electrical products every single day.They make sure we adhere to regulations and actively participate in our loading operation to ensure the job is done correctly. Rest assured; they are the driving force behind our well-oiled machine.Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Depot Supervisor:

Hours: 40 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 on 3 off 5 on 2 off
Start/Finish time:1:00pm - 10:00pm
Overtime entitlement available

You will:

Stay up to date with legal requirements
Strong ability to manage and motivate individuals
Adhere to HR processes and procedures, including investigations and disciplinary meetings
Set clear expectations for drivers and proactively address any concerns
Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation
Assist with loading operation when required
Update and manage daily and weekly reports
