Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Depot Supervisor:

Hours: 40 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 on 3 off 5 on 2off
Start/Finish time:1:00pm - 10:00pm
Overtime entitlement available

You will:

Stay up to date with legal requirements
Strong ability to manage and motivate individuals
Adhere to HR processes and procedures, including investigations and disciplinary meetings
Set clear expectations for drivers and proactively address any concerns
Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation
Update and manage daily and weekly reports

Possess a solid understanding of transport legislation.
Confident in people management.
Be able to navigate potential vehicle issues or damages.
Be a problem solver and make key decisions.
Have strong communication skills.
