Job Description

Service AdministratorDo you want to work for an established, growing company who are at an exciting stage of its developmentIf you are interested in a career within the Motor Trade, then this Service Administrators role is for youThe position is with a Avonmouth based company who are looking for an individual to join their team and support their Service team.You will receive - Service Administrator:

  • Pay rate competitive at £23,000 - £26,000.

Responsibilities - Service Administrator:
  • Service costing and invoicing as required Inc. retail, warranty, and contract in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Assist in the control of admin work levels and outstanding open jobs.
  • Providing administration support to the workshop for example raising estimates and securing authority for work to be carried out.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
Desired Skills - Service Administrator:
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Experience working with retail and warranty systems/software.
  • Be able to follow Manufacturer guidelines for claim input.
  • IT Literacy.
  • Display a high level of customer service.
