A leading HGV Main Dealer have a vacancy for an experienced Main Dealer Service Manager based in their site in Avonmouth, Bristol.The Service Manager will proactively lead the efficient operation of the Service Team, to delivering inspirational service to all our customers both internal and external, to ensure that we deliver the financial plan for the service businessin terms of Gross Profit, Direct Profit and cost controls.The Service Manager will ensure that the relationship between Service Reception and Workshop Control is developed to lead the continual improvement of customer demand and service levels that our Managers, Supervisors and Workshop Controllersare aware of their duties and responsibilities and communication is of the highest standards at all levels, throughout the daily business cycle and through our quarterly Team-Brief meetings.The Service Manager will ensure good relationships with our customers, suppliers, franchise partners and all colleagues is maintained at all times, you must be a good communicator with a clear vision in achieving business goals with theresponsibility for all aspects of customers service who will deal with all business issues in a professional and timely manner.The customer service team is directly under control in terms of people development and maintaining positive relationships with all other colleagues and any weaknesses observed are quickly addressed.This is a demanding role and it is expected of you to give the time and attention you need to carry out your role successfully.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per year + Excellent Benefits
