Job Description

We are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to provide an efficient administrative and clerical support in the Workshop and Customer Service Desk at our Avonmouth depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective completion of all routine front desk duties as well as creating and updating work orders with relevant data.Reporting to the Workshop Controller, this position plays a critical role in assisting with managing the workshop paperwork flow on a daily basis and ensure all incoming calls are answered efficiently and promptly and directed to the correct person where necessary. Its a busy, hands on, rental office environment.If you are an enthusiastic team player and have previous experience in a similar administrative support role, we’d love to hear from you!About YouAre you a self-motivated professional looking to join a team which believes in team ethos and providing high quality customer service If so, this could be the opportunity for you! Other qualifications and skills include:

  • Minimum of a year’s practical experience gained in an office environment, in a transport environment would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • IT literacy including: Email systems, MS Word and MS Excel.
  • You will be working a weekly rotating shift between 07:30 - 16:00 and 09:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
