Commercial operations in other parts of Europe, USA, Canada, LatAm, Africa and Asia are served through our global distribution network.Asahi Europe & International Marketing organisation consists of both local country-based marketers with accountability for local brands as well as central marketers leading the highlighted 5 global brands. In addition, a central leadership team drives functional excellence in Innovation, Capability, Strategy and Insights.The RoleWe are looking for an Italian speaking supply chain professional to help support the wider supply chain team deliver exceptional service to our international customers.As part of a team of 6 supply chain analysts, supported by the supply chain manager, this role is focused on ensuring a smooth end-to-end supply process in our International markets, from the brewery to the customer. In this position you will be supporting the international distribution processes to resolve key issues and providing exemplary Customer service.As such, the successful candidate will ideally have experience working within an FMCG Supply chain, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Fluent Italian is ideal and having a grasp of other European languages would also be very useful but not a pre-requisite.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth and faultless end to end supply chain process between brewery and customer
  • Ensure adequate complaint receiving, processing and solving, including follow up to the customer
  • Receiving, checking, processing and confirming orders
  • Manage the complete process of beer, empties and POS orders
  • Manage customer receivables (follow up with customer and/or responsible manager + sending reminder) and matching payments against outstanding invoices (or at least as support to finance team)
  • Ensure and maintain positive customer relationship building
  • Optimize supply chain and customer service operations in the country on a regular basis
  • Assist in Collection of forecasts needed for breweries
  • Suggest & Support implementation of changes within customer service and supply chain to improve processes
  • We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • Substantial supply planning, sales and operational planning experience in an FMCG environment
  • Familiarity with terminologies/terms used in distribution / international logistics
  • Prior SAP experience would be a significant advantage
  • Min. 1 year’s experience in a transport, logistics or sales operation role;
  • General knowledge of the ordering process, knowledge of the delivery and payment terms;
  • Familiarity with the supply chain process (production, warehousing and distribution);
  • PC knowledge requirements - MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP Business Process knowledge is a plus
  • University education or Trade skilled
  • Proficient in English, fluent in German, Spanish or Italian would be ideal.
