Job Description

Altum Consulting are partnering with a multinational FMCG business to recruit a Financial Controller for an initial 6-month period. This role is for an ASAP start due to an internal secondment within the existing team.Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the CFO and FD to co-ordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
  • Maintain strict control over internal and supplier related finances.
  • Managing a team responsible for the statutory reporting, as well as tax and treasury reporting
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement across people, processes and systems
  • Supporting the board with internal and external projects
    • You’ll be/have:
  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA/CA)
  • Significant PQE in technical Financial Controller roles (global FX, stock/transfer pricing, international VAT)
  • Experience across international FMCG/Retail businesses
  • A natural leader with experience of overseeing large diverse teams
  • Available immediately/short notice period
