Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a passionate Baby Room Leader to join our clients award-winning and exclusive nursery based in West London.As our ideal Baby Room Leader, you will be confident, passionate and experienced in working with babies (3 months - 2 years). You will also thrive in a team leadership role and be instrumental in maintaining unsurpassed care within a homely atmosphere alongsidea team of 8 dedicated practitioners.To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to confidently manage the day-to-day running of the baby room (under 2s), whilst also actively supporting and encouraging your team to create an enabling environment where each individual babies needsare met through unrivalled care and play.Essential Experience:

  • Minimum Level 3 / CACHE childcare and education qualifications or equivalent is essential.
  • A proven practitioner with experience working in a Good or Outstanding Ofsted nursery.
  • Direct experience working as a room leader, preferably with under 2s experience.
  • Ability to provide stimulating activities and experiences.
  • Ability to observe, plan and assess children within your key group.
  • Passionate, inspiring and unflappable with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Remuneration:Salary: £25,000 - £27,000. (Dependent upon experience) + PR BonusHours: 40 hours per week (full time) (Mon - Fri) + (Flexible Rotas)Location: Chiswick, West LondonAdditional:Our Client believes in looking after the people who look after our children, so also offer a range of additional staff perks such as:
