Job Description

Trainee Recruitment Consultant We are seeking an entry level Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and placing top accounting and finance talent for businesses across London. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a criticalrole in driving business growth by identifying top talent and placing them into roles that fit their skills and experience.Responsibilities

  • Generate, develop, and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, and identify candidates for open positions.
  • Source and identify top accounting and finance talent for our clients teams.
  • Conduct in-depth screening calls and meetings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Submit suitable candidate shortlists to clients and manage the recruitment process.
  • Provide advice to clients and candidates on the best recruitment practices, current market trends, and salary expectations.
  • Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a successful outcome for all parties.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of accounting and finance professionals across multiple industries.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Be a self-starter, self-motivated and goal orientated.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise/work to deadlines.

  • £22,000 salary + an unrivalled commission structure in this industry!
  • Regular incentives and socials (most recently a weekend trip to Rome)
  • Based in our new Chislehurst offices
  • 9am - 5:30pm working hours (Mon-Fri)
