The Ideal Candidate Able to carry out appropriate fire, safety, and emergency procedures in the event of fire, breaking and entering Able to do routine locking and unlocking of school premises, setting alarms, preventing trespass and unauthorised parking A proactive person who can assist the Site and Premises Manager as well as staff in monitoring the condition of the site and buildings. These are responsibilities included but not limited to the job role.
