We are now looking to secure and operation& cleint excellence driven manager who has previous expereince in leisure, property, building, hospitality management or similar.Working hours Monday to FridaySalary £35,000pa + discretionary bonus + 28 days holiday + birthday offJob Profile: The main focus of the role is to maintain high level office occupancy, customer service, client retention. Delivering a building management function as directed by the Head of Facilities Management in support of the landlord andtheir tenants. Responsible for the daily operation of the business centre with statutory legislation, health and safety and best practices. With delegated responsibilities to team for daily, weekly and monthly activities, including general administration,client support and maintaining relationships with contractors and suppliers with possible future team management.
