Senior Finance Business Partner - Chineham - £80,000 - £90,000 - Hybrid - Bonus+ Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACAIN2 Consult are currently supportinga market-leading, hugely recognised business with their recruitmentof a Senior Finance Business Partner.The company is largely regarded as a household name nationally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially focused candidate to have a huge impact in the day-to-day running of the business.The Senior Finance Business Partner Role includes thefollowing duties:

Provide financial commentary and insight to senior directors based around forecasting,monthly reporting and analysis, business case evaluation and ad-hoc projects.
Attend regular board meetings, developing and delivering presentationsregarding business performance and metrics that impact the business outcomes.
Help to drive business initiatives which will help leaders deliver successful change programmes that impact the business positively.
Understand the business strategy and operating plans and develop approaches to support decision-making across the business.
Identify improvements to processes and working practices
Highlighting emerging risks and issues to prompt strategic interventions and business action.
Provide financial insight directly to the senior directors to aid business performance.
Challenge key stakeholders on financial decisions that will have an impact on the business.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Business Partner needs to have the following experience:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with significant experience in a business partner environment.
Proven experience in driving business performance.
Ability to challenge financial decisions in order to aid business performance.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
