We have two locations (Thatcham / Mortimer & Burghfield) looking for anestate agency valuer to join their team as a valuer.This role could be taken as either a self-employed role with 50% commission or with a basic salary of £25k and 20% commission.This a great role for someone who backs themselves as an agent as there is NO monthly cost or fee but you will be supporting one of the largest estate agency franchises in the area who already have a warm patch.You need to be able to value, ideally will be local and will be doing every aspect of the role including photographs, floorplans, viewings, negotiating offers and may also be involved in sales progression.Give us a call or apply online to find out more about this role which could be very lucrative for the right individual.Basic salary £25k plus commission £65k OTECommission 20% on their own listings when they complete or 50% if there is no basic salary.Either work from home or based in the Chineham officeMortgage / Survey / Conveyancing opportunities tooHolidays and annual leave to be discussed.
