Are you an experienced Management Accountant who is looking to join an established business with progressive growth plansBMC Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working alongside an established business in the Chester Le Street area who are currently looking to recruit an Management Accountant on a full time, permanent contract. This is a Monday to Friday, office based role but there can be flexibility on start finish times to cater for school runs etc. Job descriptionThis client is a family run business operating in Chester Le Street , we have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant within their Head Office. They are one of the largest growing independent employers in the northeast.Duties and Responsibilities:* Profit and loss reporting and analysis* Performance reporting against budgets* Work with the team on the monthly management accounts pack* Assist the Head of Finance with budget preparation* Uploading all budget and forecast data to the accounting system* Work with the team to develop / improve operations level reporting* Assist with Financial Audit* Balance Sheet review* Ad Hoc reporting on all aspects of the businessSkills & Experience required:* Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACMA/AAT* Experience from the Healthcare, Service People based Industry will prove advantageous, but not a essential* Experienced Management Accountant* Advanced Excel and experienced in other MS Office products* Highly organised, self-motivated, excellent communicatorWhats on Offer:* A salary in the region of £35,000-£40,000* Work based Pension* Staff discountBenefits:* Discounted or free food* Employee discountSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:* Chester-le-Street, Experience:* accounting: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
