Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a new role in a growing business BMC Recruitment Group are currently working with an established business in the Chester le Street area who are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent contract. As Accounts Administrator, you will be an integral part of the finance team and will be responsible for the general running of the purchase ledger with the capacity (if you have the working experience) of running the payroll. You will also be responsible forgeneral administrative duties as and when needed. Payroll experience is desirable but not essential. This is a five days working in the office role.Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pmJob Duties include: * Dealing with supplier queries via email and phone across the company * Matching and batching orders and delivery notes and processing purchase invoices onto Sage 50. * Reconciling supplier statements and making payments* Typing letters and minutes when required.* General Administration duties as and when needed (If you have payroll experience - job duties also include:-)* Processing and completing payroll using sage including SMP, SSP, Pension and any other associated tasks. This would include but not be exhaustive to checking timesheets, monitoring absence and dealing with personnel issues.* Upload pension to the HMRC portal and completing weekly RTI submissions
