Between the hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and two Saturdays per month between 8am - 4pmWe’re working with an award winning Debt Advice Charity called StepChange, who are looking to recruit client support Debt Advisors providing excellent customer Service for their office in Chester.The Role :As a Debt Advisor in their Client Support team you’ll be taking inbound calls in a busy contact centre environment. You’ll be helping clients to manage their existing debt solution with annual reviews and change in circumstance reviews, giving general debt advice and providing support and advice when payments can’t be made, you will also be dealing with plan closures.This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced financial environment where you will be making a real difference to the lives of people experiencing problem debt.Skills Required :
