Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:This role will deliver industry outstanding technical and design support for Distribution and Direct customers.To operate the order desk function and support the external Sales team, Distribution Partners & customers with order processing and Stock availability.To facilitate by logistics planning all goods delivered to the accurate address in a timely manner.To support the Senior Managers by operating business administration functions within the office.Key Results:

  •  Enter customer orders onto SAP/SFDC update internal order book and facilitate deliveries from UK & SELS warehouses
  •  Build and maintain relationships with customers and keep them advised of delivery schedules and accurate stock availability in a timely manner
  •  Handle RDD dates on SAP and Order book
  •  Build returns - coordinate and raise approvals in GERP and collaborate closely with WH team and customer
  •  Build stock transfers POs for stock to UK warehouse and collaborate closely with Inventory
  •  Invoice queries/Credits using invoicing portal and GERP
  •  Checking credit statements and advising customer of any overdue payments to avoid release requests and account block
  •  Quarterly meetings with logistics to discuss issues with deliveries
  •  Collaborate closely with SEACE/SELS on missed deliveries requirements and resolve with customer
  •  Plan SCM meetings to facilitate Stock Profiling in conjunction with other members of the pre-sales and external sales team
  •  Customer visits to discuss BO and maintain relationships
  •  Adhoc travel to SEACE
  •  Daily reporting to sales teamWhat we need for this roleTo be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Essential Skills:
  •  PC literate with a good solid understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook
  •  Strong analytical and numerical skills
  •  Operational use of SAP Business Software
  •  Good presentation skills
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills and eye for business
  •  Good project management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  •  Professional manner and demeanour
  •  Knowledge of finance
  •  Positive relationship building skillsDesirable Skills:
  •  UK operational experience in AC industry
  •  Sophisticated SAP Business Software skills
  •  Experience in SCM & order processing
  •  Experience of working with different cultures
  •  Enthusiastic demeanour and passion for target achievement
  •  Progressive goal & vision for success
