We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join our team. You will join us working 35 hours per week (flexible/compressed hours available), on a permanent basis and will be home based. In return you will receive a salary of up to £48,657.65 plus excellent benefits. Since 1927, Cats Protection has helped thousands of cats each year, across the UK. The team have been established for little over a year, working under the stewardship of an interim reward consultant. This appointment will now take over the reins to not only shape and deliver our approachto pay, but to continue to build an engaging and inspiring reward and benefit portfolio in line with our new values and behaviour framework.We’re looking for a reward manager who can bring specialist knowledge and experience to help evolve our reward practices and develop the skills and best practice within the team. This role reports to the Head of Reward and Talent Acquisition and is supportedby a Reward Officer.Responsibilities of our Reward Manager:You’ll help us to develop the Cats Protection reward and benefit approach enabling us to attract, retain and inspire the right people for our charity. You’ll operate as an expert and trusted advisor to our managers and HR teams on all things reward. Workingclosely with our Head of Reward and Talent Acquisition, this role will manage our reward policy and drive the continual improvement of an inspiring and engaging reward and benefits offering that places our people at the heart of our organisation.What we’re looking for in our Reward Manager:
