We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as aCRM Functional Lead.You will join us working 35 hours per week, on a 24-month fixed term contract basis and will be based remotely. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £46,581.14 per annum plus excellent benefits.Since 1927, Cats Protection has helped thousands of cats each year, across the UK. As a community of volunteers, employees, supporters and partners, we’ve improved the lives of millions of cats and transformed the way millions of peoplesee and care for cats.Cats Protection is moving into an exciting stage in its digital transformation journey with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as its new Customer Relationship Management functionality. This role will be part of a core delivery team leading the charitythrough discovery and implementation of the system.Responsibilities of our CRM Functional Lead:The CRM Functional Lead, working together with the Project Manager and CRM Technical Lead, is responsible for the successful scoping, design, and implementation of a new CRM for Cat Protection. The role will represent all the functional areas within CatsProtection and ensure their requirements are met, coordinating, and supporting the work streams within the functional areas alongside the subject matter expert for each area through discovery and into implementation. The role holder will pro-actively managethe organisations requirements and co-ordinate CRM users input into the system implementation process, are consulted, and have an opportunity to provide input into the process. The role is responsible for the delivery of user requirements through acting asthe translation service into technical solutions and ultimately the realisation of business benefits.What we’re looking for in our CRM Functional Lead:

• Recent or current knowledge and experience (within last three years) in dynamics 365 implementation as a functional lead, CRM and fundraising - essential
• Experience in product ownership/leading CRM replacement projects or large process change - essential
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, best practice, processes, software and tooling
• Experience of CRM implementation working within an Agile methodology and framework such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work on own initiative, generating own work with minimal input
• Knowledge of industry standards in data quality management practice
