Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a talented person with existing Residential Lettings experience to join the existing team to become the Lettings Progressor.Lettings Progressor Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000pa
  • Realistic £22,000 to £24,000pa OTE
  • Plus Bonuses
  • Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • No Weekends
  • After successful probationary period, may be the opportunity to work part time or all of the week from home
    • Ideal Lettings Progressor Candidate:
  • Have a minimum of 1 years experience in Residential Lettings in a similar role
  • Or have experience in Lettings Administration/Property Management
  • Or an experienced negotiator may prefer this opportunity
    • The Lettings Progressor role:
  • Responsible for progressing an agreed let through to successful move in’
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with colleagues and referencing agencies
  • Must be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • A strong communicator verbally and in written format
